October Luncheon
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Cantigny Golf Club while gazing out at the beautiful fall colors. Gaylin Piper, Director of Media for the Cantigny Museum, spoke to us about the history of the museum and recent improvements, and we were invited to tour the grounds after lunch.

September Luncheon
At our September luncheon we learned all about Marklund, our club charity for the new year. And several of our own members modeled fall fashions from Jeans and a Cute Top Shop in St. Charles.
Wacky Walkers
We had beautiful weather for our September hike along the east bank of the Fox River, from the North Aurora bridge to Lippold Park.
Fall Social at Club Arcada
Our club social was a great success! Jazzy music, smooth dancing and delicious food and drinks! Thank you Social Committee for putting this together for us!
August Girls Night Out
We had a great turnout for August's Girls Night Out at Hardware Gastropub in North Aurora.
May "After Six"
Members and their spouses shared an evening of fun and fellowship at the home of Nancy Nanke.
May Wacky Walkers
The second walk of the FVNN Wacky Walker’s Group took May 16th at Dick Young Forest Preserve in Batavia.
Murder Mystery Dinner
Our April social event combined good food and an entertaining (and funny) mystery from Greenman Theater at Riverside Banquets.
April 2017 Luncheon
Great luncheon this month at Riverside Banquets in Geneva. Joel Barczak from Blumen Gardens inspired us to plant containers with beautiful spring flowers!
March 2017 Luncheon
We enjoyed the delicious food of Fiora's Restaurant in Geneva while learning more about the city of Geneva from the mayor, Kevin Burns.

Everyone in attendance enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the talk at McNally's for the club's February luncheon. Shay Clarke put the spotlight on Ireland, his birthplace and his passion.
January "After Six"
A very special "After Six" at Regina's house, with a Rat Pack theme. We dug out our bling and put on the Ritz!!!
Chinese New Year Celebration
FVNN members celebrated the Year of the Rooster at Szechwan Restaurant in St. Charles on January 27. We enjoyed a tasty buffet and special treats provided by owner Nancy Chen. Thanks to Excellent Adventures chair Lorrie Marsiglio for arranging this fun lunch.
January 2017 Luncheon
Great luncheon at Francesca's in St. Charles! Thanks to Mark Anderson, personal trainer, for motivating us to move and take care of our bodies!
December 2016 Luncheon
Elgin Country Club was beautifully decorated for the holidays. A pianist provided the music, and the food was delicious. After lunch, our members modeled fashions from Chico's in Geneva Commons, and we raffled a Christmas basket donated by Carol Craig, the manager at Chico's, in addition to our usual 50/50 raffle for charity.
November 2016 Luncheon
After lunch at Dunham Woods Riding Club, Lynn Radford , a FVNN member, took us on a journey to South Africa. Lynn and her husband, Ray, spent 17 days this past summer traveling from Cape Town to Victoria Falls, learning about South African history and its people as well as seeing wild animals in their natural habitat.
